Sun City Day Spa offers a menu of spa services, which you can find at the Lakehouse or Hidden Cypress front desks. Please see below for additional descriptions of these services to help determine which massage is right for you at this time.

A Swedish massage is for relaxation and stress-relief. It does not generally include targeted muscle work. Choose this massage if you want to drift away and dissolve stress.

A Therapeutic massage includes some targeted muscle work if you have areas of the body that need more attention because of current issues.  It's basically a customized massage based on your unique needs. If you would like a firmer pressure than Swedish on parts of the body like neck and shoulders, but want to keep it relaxing for the most part, this is an appropriate massage to choose. 

A deep tissue massage targets the deeper muscle layers in areas where you have injury or pain, but does not necessarily involve more forceful strokes, just more targeted. A deep tissue massage should not be painful, but rather a level of comfortable discomfort. Choose this massage if you have deep muscular issues that need to be addressed or if you prefer a very firm pressure.

This is a Swedish relaxation massage with added essential oils. Currently, City Day Spa only has a 60-minute option on the menu, but if you would like 90 minutes, that can be arranged. Please mention that you would like the 90-minute service when you call to book your appointment.
